Senior High School (SHS) refers to the last two years of the K-12 Program which forms part of Republic Act 10533 otherwise known as the ʺEnhanced Basic Education Act of 2013ʺ. The last 2 years of this program serves as a preparation for higher education, employment, middle level skills development, and entrepreneurship. The enhanced curriculum was created to give students the best positive tools and career choices after High School.
MLQU also welcomes students with vouchers. The school follows the DepEd Order No. 46, series of 2015 on the Detailed Guidelines on the Implementation of the SHS Voucher Program.
The SHS curriculum includes three (3) types of subjects: Core Subjects, Applied Track and Specialized Track Subjects. The Core Subjects covers the 8 learning areas such as: Language, Communication, Social Science, Mathematics, Philosophy, Humanities, Science and Physical Education and Health.

Academic Track Offerings:

1.Humanities & Social Sciences (HUMSS)
    •Curriculum targets higher education in social science related disciplines such as:
    Psychology, Sociology, Political Science, Languages, Communication and Teacher Education.

2.Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM)
    •Curriculum targets higher education in science and technology discipline such as: Engineering, Architecture, Information Technology, Natural and Physical     Sciences, Health Care, Mathematics, Statistics, etc.

3.Accounting, Business and management (ABM)
    •Curriculum targets higher education in business or management discipline such as: Accounting, Agribusiness, Business Administration, Entrepreneurship,     Tourism, Hotel & Restaurant Management
